Stage 1

Stage 2
We assess your full technology estate: what exists, what it costs, where the risks are, and what is slowing the business down. We also identify where AI or automation could realistically help.
Stage 3
A structured report written for leadership, not just technologists. Prioritised findings, three clear paths forward with indicative costs and timelines, and an honest recommended next step.

The report is the product. It exists after we leave — and it is written to be shared with boards, investors, and leadership teams.

The report stands on its own — there is no obligation to continue working with us. Some clients take the roadmap and implement it independently. Others choose to continue with Bermola.
If you do want to continue, we will present three clear options based on what the assessment reveals — whether that is an embedded fractional CTO arrangement, a scoped modernisation project, or a digital product build.
